Terms of Service & E-Commerce Store Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and NexBuy Ltd trading as Armora Beast ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to www.armorabeast.com and any purchases made from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms, and any separate contracts whereby we provide you with products or services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 2. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing

  • Currency & VAT: All product prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Shipping Fees: Standard UK shipping is £8.99 for orders under £49.00, and FREE for orders of £49.00 or more. Any additional shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you authorize payment.

  • Payment Authorization: We accept major credit/debit cards and verified secure online payment gateways. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it. Payment is debited upon order submission.

3. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our store, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute formal legal acceptance of your offer to purchase.

  • Contract Completion: A binding sales contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a formal shipping confirmation email.

  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch if we suspect fraudulent activity, billing inconsistencies, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled, a full refund is issued immediately.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address and payment method expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights Preservation

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights, remedies, or guarantees under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be lawfully excluded by contract:

  • Mandatory Liability Preservation: We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any breach of your statutory consumer rights.

  • Statutory Guarantees: All goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their advertised description.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All text, graphics, logos, button icons, product imagery, video clips, and designs displayed on www.armorabeast.com are the exclusive intellectual property of NexBuy Ltd (Armora Beast) and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised commercial reproduction, data mining, or framing of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Uses & User Conduct

You are prohibited from using our site or its content:

  • (a) For any unlawful purpose

  • (b) To solicit others to perform unlawful acts

  • (c) To violate any UK or international regulations

  • (d) To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights

  • (e) To submit false or misleading information
